Prophitcy sends text messages about meetings you schedule with us: appointment confirmations, reminders, thank-you notes after a meeting, and occasional follow-ups about your profit review or referral partnership. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not opted in.

You receive texts only if you enter your mobile number and check the optional box that says “Text me meeting reminders and follow-ups from Prophitcy” when you book a review or sign up as a referral partner on prophitcy.com. Checking the box is not required to book or sign up, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few messages around each meeting and an occasional follow-up afterward.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Prophitcy does not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To start again, reply START.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above and to contact you about your meeting.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Your number may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
