Find the Leaks. Keep More Profit.
Prophitcy sets up a Section 125 supplemental health benefit that lowers your payroll taxes and raises employee take-home pay, without changing your current health plan. We work alongside the CPAs and advisors you already trust.
A Section 125 Benefit, in Plain English
Our core program is a supplemental health benefit set up through a Section 125 plan. It lowers your company's payroll taxes and raises employee take-home pay, without touching the health insurance you already have.
A new benefit is added
Your company adds a supplemental health benefit through a Section 125 cafeteria plan, a tax-advantaged structure written into the IRS code. It sits alongside your current health plan and does not replace it.
Part of pay becomes pre-tax
Employees who enroll pay a portion of their premium pre-tax through payroll. That lowers taxable wages, so the company pays less FICA payroll tax (7.65%) on those dollars.
Employees get it back, and more
A non-taxable benefit payment flows back through the same paycheck, so most employees take home more than before, plus they get access to $0-copay care.
Benefits for Your Business
- Lower FICA payroll taxes starting with the first payroll
- Net savings after fees, with no added benefits spend
- No change to your current carrier, plan, network, or doctors
- Enrollment, employee education, and support handled for you
- A richer benefits package that helps with hiring and retention
Benefits for Your Employees
- Higher net take-home pay for nearly every participant
- $0-copay unlimited 24/7 virtual primary care for the household
- $0-copay preventive care and a list of common prescriptions
- Mental health support, health coaching, and a wellbeing app
- Available even to employees not on the company health plan

Most businesses don't have a profit problem. They have a visibility problem.
When you're deep inside daily operations, it's nearly impossible to see everything. Profit leaks aren't dramatic. They're quiet, gradual, and easy to miss. Even with great advisors, some things only surface when someone looks from a different angle.
Revenue Leakage
Unbilled services, pricing gaps, and revenue that slips through operational cracks, often invisible until someone looks.
Margin Erosion
Costs that gradually creep upward: vendor drift, underperforming contracts, redundant expenses hiding in plain sight.
Operational Blind Spots
Processes that made sense once but now quietly drain time, talent, and resources without anyone questioning them.
Missed Opportunities
Pricing advantages, tax strategies, and structural changes that remain invisible when you're focused on running the business.
Profit Leaks Look Different
Depending on Your Seat.
Business owners
- Payroll taxes paid on every dollar by default
- Benefit costs rise at every renewal
- No time to find what's being missed
Employees
- High deductibles make "covered" care hard to use
- Families delay care because of cost
- Take-home pay doesn't keep up
CPAs & advisors
- Clients ask about costs outside your core scope
- Hard to vet outside programs before recommending them
- Want to add value without adding hours
No Fine Print. Here's Everything Up Front.
What it costs
- An administrative fee of approx. $44 per enrolled employee per month.
- The fee is paid out of the payroll tax savings it creates, so net savings are shown after fees.
- No increase to your existing benefits spend.
- If zero savings are realized, you pay $0.
Eligibility & requirements
- U.S. businesses with 15 or more W-2 employees.
- Enrollment is voluntary. Savings depend on how many employees choose to participate.
- As with any Section 125 plan, elections hold for the plan year unless an employee has a qualifying life event.
- Participants complete a short health assessment at enrollment and one quick wellness activity in the app each month.

Questions Owners Ask First
Who Does What, and Who Supports You
Prophitcy: your advisor
Led by Woody Sargent, a licensed insurance producer. We have your savings analysis and proposal completed, walk you and your CPA through the numbers, coordinate setup with payroll, and stay your point of contact.
Independent plan administrator
An established national benefits administrator runs the plan: enrollment, employee education, claims, the member app, and ongoing employee support. It is HIPAA compliant and has completed SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audits by an independent CPA firm.
Your CPA & payroll provider
Your CPA or benefits adviser reviews everything before you decide. Your existing payroll provider adds the new line items, and nothing about your current health plan changes.

An Extra Set of Eyes for Owners Who Are Too Busy to Look.
Too many owners we met were stuck making the same trade-off: absorb rising costs or cut what their people depend on. Most of them had great advisors, but no one had time to look where the money was quietly leaking. I founded Prophitcy to be that extra set of eyes, working with the advisors owners already trust.
